Our warehouse staff are highly trained to pack your goods exactly according to the specifications that we supply. Your items are carefully inspected and properly secured before shipping. Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing periods according to each item.

Prior to shipment, all purchased items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we are unable to control it completely because multiple stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.

Our policy lasts for thirty days. If it's been more than 30 days since you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
